She said they came in 15 thousand, 60 thousand, 80-90 thousand at a time, from a third party company called "Runbeck." She shocked the panel of Arizona state Legislators, testifying Runbeck did high speed scanning, sorting, and copying of military ballots and other ballots, apparently completely outside the oversight and control of Arizona election officials.
