20201226 Combining Legislation - The Daily Summation

How crazy is it, that the U.S. Congress, has a habit of creating individual bills, that far exceed the page count of Count Leo Tolstoy's "War and Peace," or of the Christian Bible?

Now let's think about increasing the level of insanity just a bit (maybe a lot?). Imagine then, that such monstrosities are combined.

Bad enough yet?

Believe it or not, it gets worse. How? Envision the idea, that folks who have never examined the contents of these behemoths are then expected to vote for or against them.
