Joe Biden erected his whole campaign on a claim to represent the "soul" of America. For the last four years, attacks against Donald Trump have been primarily attacks on his character. Mr. Biden, on the other hand, is portrayed as a moral man who will restore the decency and the "soul" of the country. Millions have this belief.

A highly religious man, morally superior, opposed a group of people he knew brought a reproach upon the nation and the name of God. This righteous man was blind.

Morality: A tricky thing, because it has an evil twin....something I have described as Orality. Orality poses as morality, but it is all talk, however, it says all the right words, has all the tones of sincerity, and exploits our emotional inclinations. It resembles morality, sounds like morality and has many traits of morality. Yet, at its core, it is rotten, full of deceit and desperately wicked.

Today, your assignment is to listen to Joe Biden and President Trump. Be aware of morality and orality at work.
