Good morning, I’m still reporting on Roger Stone.
Roger Stone has announced that he will file a $25,000,000 lawsuit against the Justice Department.
Stone's attorneys also plan to file complaints for prosecutorial misconduct against a number up DOJ officials.
“The terms of my pardon allow me to Sue the Department of Justice, Robert Mueller, James comi, John Brennan, rod rosenstein, among others.

“My lawyers will be filing formal complaints for prosecutorial misconducts with the DOJ office of Professional Responsibility at the same time I file a $25,000,000 lawsuit against the DOJ and each of these individuals personally.”
“In fact, I am going to add Bill Barr to the lawsuit, and I will handle his cross examination personally.”
Stone was arrested in January 2019 and charged with 5 counts of making false statements, one count of witness tampering and obstructing an official proceeding – all felonies.
He was convicted by a DC jury 10 months later. One year thereafter, on July 10, 2020, just days before Stone was scheduled to report to prison, on July 10, 2020, President Trump commuted Stone’s sentence. Stone was pardoned on Dec. 23, 2020.
Stone claims that the judge in his case hid exculpatory evidence from the jury based on redacted sections of the Mueller Report in which:
“… they admitted that they had no evidence whatsoever of my colluding with Russia, WikiLeaks, or Julian Assange.”
“I have an enormous debt of gratitude to God almighty for giving the president the strength and the courage to recognize that my prosecution was a completely politically motivated witchhunt and my trial was a Soviet-style show trial.”
President Trump has pardoned or commuted the sentence is of 49 individuals so far.
I’m still reporting from just outside the citadel of world freedom. Good day.
