The Rose series aims to sculpt the waist and tighten the abdominal muscles within six weeks with six consecutive episodes. In the second episode, we moved the exercise to the more difficult level and targeted more muscles to get a tight abdomen and strong pelvic floor muscles.
They did the exercise for a full week before moving on to Level 3 or Ring Three.
Do not forget to record the new measurements of the abdomen and waist before starting the second week, in order to follow the difference with the measurements and learn about the new results.
