Replacing the Full-Length Guide Rod on a Springfield Armory TRP Operator Tactical 1911 #584

In this episode of Gun Stock Reviews we decided to replace the factory one piece full length guide rod with a USGI Spring Guide. We decided to do this for many reasons, one of them being ease of field stripping without the need of a special tool, in this case it's just a paper clip, but with the USGI Spring Guide, the pistol is much easier to field strip.
