TPC #6: David Lockhart (Military Industrial Complex)

TPC #6 is a conversation with my friend David Lockhart, who I met during my time at the University of Georgia. Well versed in military and technology history, we almost immediately went straight down the rabbit hole. We touched on topics like Unit 731 of Japan in World War Two; Operation Paperclip under Curtis E. LeMay during which thousands of nazi scientists were brought to the United States to further our rocket program; the systemic peddling of opioids from Big Pharma to the citizens of the United States; the possibility that the influx of fentanyl crossing our borders is an unconventional act of war from China; artificial intelligence, how it would arise, and the potential that it would hide itself.
