After ruining San Francisco as their DA, he is bringing his failed agenda to LA and not prosecute a number of crimes such as trespassing, as well as ending cash bail so that the offender is returned to the streets immediately after arrest. This will increase confrontations because if no one arrests a trespasser on your property it will fall to the citizen to protect his property and if someone trespasses in his property, the trespasser will be calling the police by the end of the confrontation.
