Congress Passes A $2.3 Trillion Dollar Foreign Aid Bill, With A $600 Cheque For The Peasants

Either every member of Congress is a World Record Caliber speed reader, or (Outside of 6 Republican Senators and 2 Democrat House Members) abdicated their responsibilities and mindlessly voted Yay for a 5,593 page bill that is stuff full of some ridiculous ideas.

Now that the reasonable person has had a moment to go through the document, there is even more crap loaded within the pages of this Encyclopedia set. Money for Jordan, Sudan, Palestine, Gender Programs, National Museums for Latinos and Women, cancellation of e-cigarettes' deliveries by mail and more. Oh, and a tiny bit of hush money for the public.
