On December 21st, Trump also tweeted that big news will come out of Pennsylvania, where large numbers of illegal votes were sent to Pennsylvania polling stations. We don't know what exactly Trump is referring to yet, but based on what I know so far, there are at least two examples. One is from a U.S. Postal Service driver who revealed that he transported a large amount of ballots from New York to Pennsylvania on October 21st, ranging from 144,000 to 288,000, all of which were sent to Pennsylvania from Long Island, New York. Now, out-of-state voting is already against the law. The driver was also suspicious of how so many Pennsylvanians could have moved to Long Island, and sent their ballots back at the same time.

There is also another way to deal with this election. President Trump does not have to resort to martial law and military control, but can fully rely on the 2018 Executive Order sanctioning foreign interference or other state statutes. Based on the evidence already available, he can prosecute and arrest the individuals suspected of interfering with the election, but this will require active cooperation by the Department of Justice. As such, this is not possible under the current circumstances
