Lt Gen Tom McInerney makes case for putting martial law back on the table

The tools applied by the founding fathers are there to fight enemies of the nation. With the nation under attack from enemies within and without, now's not the time to be complacent.

Today, The Two Mikes again had the honor of hosting Lt. General Thomas McInerney (USAF, Ret'd) for an update on the insurrection now being endured by the American people.

The General briefly recapped what has happened to the republic since Election Day, and one again underscored how deeply threatened the republic's survival is today. The idea of martial law must still be in play in the president's planning, as must the possibility of declaring an insurrection. Overall our discussion brought forth the following four conclusions:

The Founders wrote a Constitution that clearly foresaw the dangers posed to America's survival by "enemies foreign and domestic" and armed the president with multiple and effective weapons with which to annihilate that threat

That Trump is a man of character and patriotism and fully knows that his oath of office requires him to preserve the republic by any or all of the means that the Founders and subsequent law-makers put at his disposal

Unlike all Democrats and most Republicans, the president will not seek to save his own skin by turning over his office to Biden, a man whose thorough-going treason allows him to classified as an enemy both foreign and domestic

When the president strikes he will need to do so in a one-time and absolutely definitive manner, striking fast, hard, and deep by arresting, for civil or military trial, an extraordinarily large number of people at all levels of government, the deep state bureaucracy, and across the entire range of U.S. economic, technical, banking, and media companies.

Those who resist arrest will be handled appropriately.
