A Walk Around Dudley Zoo - Hyperlapse Zoo Tour

Walk with me around the Dudley Zoo located in the West Midlands, England. Showing you around the zoo, the sights and animal enclosures of the animals that you see on my SloggerVlogger YouTube channel.
Dudley Zoo is an urban zoo with a 40-acre site and it opened its doors on the 18th May 1937. As a very old zoo, it still has the original buildings called Tecton which were erected by Berthold Lubetkin's Tecton Group. As they are listed buildings getting planning permission and keeping them up to date was very difficult, but they did manage to get permission and the work should have started this year. Unfortunately with covid everything had to be delayed. So it looks all a bit tiresome and as I did the timelapse in the winter it all looks a bit dull as well. They already improved a lot of enclosures over the last few years and more improvements are planned. Like a new Orangutan and Gibbon enclosure. Which they already raised nearly 700k for. Some areas are locked off because of covid, so I can only show you the parts of the zoo that are open at the moment. You will also see the Dudley Castle, a ruined fortification within the zoo. Hopefully, you'll enjoy this timelapse and subscribe for more. I'm in the process of doing a Twycross Zoo Hyperlapse, but as people know me from the SloggerVlogger channel, I spent most of my times at the gorillas, so it will take a little more time. Hit that notification bell and as soon as I've got the next video done you will be notified.
I will do another time-lapse of Dudley zoo when everything is in full bloom and hopefully the covid restrictions on where I can go are gone so that you can show you more of the zoo.
If you've got any questions, suggestions or want a closer look a something let me know in the comments below. Thank you.
