Pancake using Pillsbury Unbleached All-purpose Flour

There's a lot of pancake recipes in online but I usually revised it when I don't like what they put on their mixtures.
Here's what i did: 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup organic coconut flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 pcs of ripe banana, and almond milk.
Procedure: In a bowl, put flours, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and mix well. Then add milk slowly until the flour is wet but not too watery. Add the ripe banana and smash it well. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Then slowly add more almond milk till the mixtures you think is good enough and ready to cook. Enjoy cooking!
