Yoga swings help with your back it lengthens it, and strengthens it. It is good for stretching helps make your whole body stronger. It is also good for your mind.
As we get older we forget to stretch, most of us don't even work out. As kids that was something we did everyday. As you age you can lose your balance and muscle and fall more doing yoga helps with balance and keeps you limber.
You don't need a lot of room to do yoga, or use a yoga swing. I have beams in my apartment so it was very easy to install. It also has extra straps to take it anywhere that can hold my weight. You can install in on tree limbs, monkey bars, park structures that are strong enough.
