Locally filmed Christmas movie features special needs cast

Joey Travolta made a name for himself in Hollywood, but his true training ground for founding Inclusion Films was his time spent as a special education teacher. His latest production, ‘Carol of the Bells,’ filmed right here in Bakersfield, aims to bring Christmas cheer this holiday season.
