1 1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 Tbsp coffee powder
3 cups hot water
1 1/2 softened butter (salted or unsalted is ok)
2 1/2 cup sugar
5 eggs
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
non-dairy cream paste (i tried Whippit brand and its so easy to use)
1 cup melted dark chocolate (or any chocolate you like)
for the simple syrup for brushing the cake:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
grated chocolates
