Shadow People (shadow beings) are a real phenomenon. I've experienced this type of paranormal activity on multiple occasions. Sometimes these encounters trigger terrifying fear (including sleep paralysis) and other times they don't.

I've identified two distinct types of shadow beings. Even though they both appear as shadow figures, I've sensed a difference in their energy. I've recognized these types based on the specific feelings that surface within me during each encounter.

In this video I discuss these two different types of shadow beings and how they have actually helped me to grow spiritually. I explain their nature and how YOU can learn to stand in your power (and grow from) your own encounters with shadow beings!
