Remembering This One Thing Can Quickly Get You Back Into Spiritual Alignment

How is it that we can flip from very centered and aligned to completely mind-identified in a split second? When we're not completely anchored, the slightest event can trigger a subconscious program, and, before we know it, we're feeling angry or anxious or stressed. This is a natural part of the ascension process. Judging ourselves for what can feel like a backward slide can make us feel worse. We have a “toolbox” full of tools and we should know better, right? Instead of being too hard on yourself, realize that the shift back into alignment is easier than you think.

In this video, I share with you one simple thought that I often use to slow the momentum of my mind and move me back into alignment. This one thought gets my energy flowing through my body and brings my awareness back to the high frequency energy anchored within me. Can it work for you?
