Acts 27 - Weather the Storm
Paul is taken prisoner aboard a ship and is bound for Rome to stand trial before Caesar Nero. What should have been a relatively routine journey becomes a perilous time of intense travel through extreme weather. The storms they faced would result in Paul being shipwrecked on the island Malta.
The journey is intense, the survival miraculous, and the historical evidence supporting the incident is compelling.
As we journeyed with Paul as he weathered the storm I was reminded of the various types of storms we experience in life. Sure, there are scary physical storms when we don't know how it will end. And, in life, we experience storms of another kind. The storms we face are relative to each individual. What causes me distress may not cause someone else distress and vice-versa.
In this video, in addition to following Paul on his travel through the storm, I reflect on the storm that brought me closer to Christ and put me on the path to seeking the truth.
Join me as I share my story and we follow Paul's harrowing adventure to Rome.
