Episode 34 Running in the cold

In this episode, I will go for another run with you guys, testing a new GoPro 7 Black Camera on a favorite Hike of mine. Luckily I found an editor that threw these clips altogether, unfortunately, GoPro cameras automatically split videos into 4 GB sections. So I deleted the piecemeal videos and re-loaded them stitched together. Let's get in shape folks!

NOTE: Stretching before & after a run is highly recommended, this was done off-camera.
