Hello everyone, and welcome to my new series where I will be building from scratch my new city in Cities Skylines. This episode will be growing your city through 2 milestones quickly as the early stages of the game will have you grow pretty fast.This is the second half of the video where I continue to add all the amenities that a city will need and expand my city through upgrading.
