Fantastic Christmas Ham Bread Recipe

It's mid-December and we haven't got a major snowfall in North Dakota yet, but it's too cold out, so I made a fantastic, delicious, and traditional Christmas Ham Bread.

BREAD RECIPE

For the dough:

- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 125 grams of warm milk
- 75 grams of egg
- 1 tablespoon of yeast (activated in 50 grams of warm water)
- 100 grams of sugar
- Salt
- 75 grams of "papelón" (brown sugar cane)
- 125 grams of butter
- Coconut oil for tray

For the filling:

- 300 grams of smoked ham
- 3 slices of bacon cut into pieces
- 30 grams of raisins
- 38 grams of olives stuffed with pepper (cut into wheels)
