What did Shibuya "Scramble" Crossing in Tokyo look like prior to Halloween 2020? A little like this! I recorded this on October 12th, 2020, on my way to meet some friends -- about 19 days before Halloween. You can see that although not as packed as it would've been last year, it is still quite a bit of people.
