Livestreamed on https://youtu.be/0jNt6Rxr7z0 yesterday

I could finally download the livestream, but it took hours for Youtube to process it. But nice that it works!

I have run Elftown.com since 2002, so I actually hace more experience with running social networks than big tech.

1) Making it hard to register really killed Elftown.
2) Do not try to solve fights or take sides. Tell both parts to ignore each other!
3) Do not ban people for some time! Never ever do that! If someone has done something bad, let them explain themselves, and then they are welcome back or banned until they have a reasonable explanation of how they will not behave that way again.
4) Fire all guards that can't reason with people; who are pushing an agenda and/or have an ego problem!
