1/2 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp veg oil
2 Tbsp milk (warm)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cake flour
Whipped cream Frosting:
200g pack frosty whip powder
200g water
Filling:
Strawberry jam/fresh strawberries/canned (if can't find fresh it's ok)
Christmas candies (optional)
