Rumor of President Trump declaring Limited Martial Law!

Rick Wiles from TRUNEWS is reporting a possible rumor of
limited martial law is going to be declared in PA, MI, WI, GA,
and maybe AZ.
The purpose of the martial law will be to either do a
full recount or to do an actual revote.
So far I have not been able to locate the full video buy will post the link here if I get it.
I will update on description if I see any more development.
