Making CAREER CHANGES During A Pandemic Maybe Easier Than Ever

Sometimes it takes something as drastic as a pandemic to "force" us to make changes that we have been wanting to make but couldn't find the courage to do.

This is especially true when it comes to our careers.

We may have been at a place of work for so long that we don't want to leave. We've become comfortable and don't want to "risk" it.

But what is riskier? Being in charge of your future or having someone else being in charge?

I believe the latter.
