Old home or mill on Avondale Dr in Wallingford, PA

I drove by this on the Blue Route a thousand times. Finally found the time to go down to Avondale Rd. and walk through it. Don't know what it was. Maybe a big home or mill of some type. It had some big piece of rusting industrial piece of equipment in it so I think it was something other then a home. I invite comments if anyone knows what this place was. Please excuse the video. It was soggy as anything in this place and i was slipping all over the place. It's not far from the Thomas Leiper home on Avondale Rd. Enjoy.
