In this video footage, Kerrigan Skelly of PinPoint Evangelism http://www.pinpointevangelism.com and Refining Fire Fellowship http://www.refiningfirefellowship.com is preaching on Grafton St. (an outdoor mall) in Dublin, Ireland. One young Irish Policeman, stops him from preaching and tells him that he has to leave Grafton St. under threat of arrest and a large fine. He basically tells him that he is not allowed to argue or preach the Bible.
