Join us for an in depth discussion of the 1969 Stonewall rebellion as told by the men and women who were there at the time. Willson Henderson, R. Bert Coffman, Rusty B. Rose, David V. Bermudez and Miss Nance Lomax will enlighten us on what it was like to be a young, gay person in New York City in the late 1960s when the world was a very different place. No Gay Rights! No Acceptance! Plenty of Violence and Intolerance! The Stonewall Inn was one of the few places where they could be themselves. These veterans will tell us about the night the rebellion started and what took place on the subsequent nights, weeks, months and years leading up to the Gay Revolution. From the 1960s to today, these veterans of the Stonewall Rebellion have lived through it all. You won't want to miss this very special podcast.
