I have never worn a mask in public. A lot of people have experienced hostility from "Karen" type women (and men) who strongly object to going outside without a mask. The truth is that there does not seem to be any scientific basis for the mask mandate. Cloth masks, which most people wear, are not able to block viruses. Viruses are so small. Do people ever think about how small a virus is and how the material they are using won't protect them? A lot of people fail to consider whether a mask can really protect them.
