Piggy is a survival horror game created by MiniToon, IK3As, and Optikk as a crossover of the video game Granny and the television show Peppa Pig.

Each round, players are given the role of survivor or Piggy. The objective of the survivor team is to complete different tasks to escape before the timer runs out while avoiding Piggy. The objective of Piggy is to kill every survivor to prevent them from escaping.

The game can be credited for inspiring the creation of numerous character-themed survival horror games, often with very similar mechanics and objectives. Games inspired by Piggy include Bakon, Guesty, Jerry, Puppet, and Spider. Less polished games include Mr. P, Piggy, but it's Very Confusing, survivals the piggy the butcher and survive the piggy in Area 51.

Players
The players must use a variety of different items to help them unlock the exit to the current location.They must avoid the Piggy or traitor, and preferably, the traps it places. Players can't die to traps, but they will be stunned for a certain amount of time, the time depends on the trap. Players also have ways of killing the traitor or knocking Piggy out for 20 seconds.

GAMEMODES:
Gamemodes are the different ways a Piggy round can be played. There are currently 5 gamemodes: Player, Bot, Player + Bot, Infection, Traitor, and Build.

PLAYER:
In the Player gamemode; a random player is selected to become Piggy and their job is to prevent players from escaping and killing players.

BOT:
In the Bot gamemode, a robot becomes Piggy. Although the Bot does not have the ability to use traps, it will target the nearest player and follow them until a new player gets closer to piggy or if piggy gets the player it was chasing.

PLAYER AND BOT:
In this gamemode, Player and Bot are combined, making the round have two Piggies. In the maps Forest, Carnival, City, and Mall there is additionally another aggressive NPC, making those maps have 3 Piggies. In the map Outpost, there are also various NPC soldiers that appear, which means that Outpost is currently the map that can spawn the most Piggies at once in a normal gamemode. In the Plant map, there can be a player/bot/both player and bot, and a Mr. P bot.

Party Gamemodes
Infection
In the Infection gamemode, a player is randomly selected as Piggy. This gamemode plays out similarly to Player, only when you die to Piggy (dying by acid, laser, falling, touch Mousy, etc will cause you to not join the Piggy team), you join Piggy and try to kill people as well. The game ends when all players escape or when all players have been caught. Traps, however, are not used in this game mode, so this gamemode will not be so hard. You can be an equipped Piggy in this gamemode.

TRAITOR:
In the Traitor gamemode, the Piggy is a Bot. And a player is randomly selected as the Traitor. The objective of the Traitor is to kill all the other players. The Traitor can only be stopped in two ways: The Piggy Bot kills the Traitor, or the Traitor is shot with a weapon. The Traitor has the same abilities as a Piggy, except the appearance is that of a normal player. The Traitor receives the knife after the clock turns 8:59.

BUILD:
The Build mode is essentially a level creator. You create your own level and can invite other players to play it.

ITEMS
Items are objects and tools that a player can carry around and use. They can be found throughout the map. Players can only carry one item at a time. If a player tries to grab another item while already carrying one, the player will swap the item they are currently holding in their inventory with the new one. If a player dies while carrying an item; the item will then be taken from their inventory and placed in the nearest item spawn point. This causes items to overlap in the same spot.
