Here is part 2 of 2. This is a long one, so I split it into two videos. I developed this method to provide an option for anyone that wants to replace a stem without a lathe or specialty tools. It's not perfect, and not fast, but for an occasional one off I think it is a reasonable option. To be honest, it worked a lot better than I expected.
