1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup carrot (shredded)
2 eggs
2/3 cup veg oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp pineapple juice (optional)
Frosting:
1 cup whip cream (all purpose cream will do)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Enjoy the healthy benefits of carrots and not too sweet cream frosting😍
