1/2 cup butter (save 1 Tbsp for the white chocolates)
3 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
powdered sugar (optional)
