Despite having news, historic and academic value, YouTube removed this video. This video is simply an outline of the complaint filed by Texas in the US Supreme Court case, Texas v. Pennsylvania et. al. I am a licensed attorney. I did not take a position, but merely outlined the complaint in an objective fashion. See for yourself if you think it should have been removed.

Original Description: Texas argues that Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia executive and judicial officials undermined the state legislatures in each state by creating new laws and procedures for conducting that 2020 election, using the pandemic as a pretext for the changes. These actions, according to Texas, are unconstitutional because the state legislatures are specifically designated as the one state entity with the authority to determine how states decide which Presidential candidates will receive the state's electoral votes.

By ignoring and/or changing the statutory laws written by state legislatures, various state executive and judicial officials violated the Electors Clause of the US Constitution, and the other forty-six other states suffered as a result of the unconstitutional actions by states determined to elect Joe Biden, even at the cost of violating their own laws and the US Constitution.

By creating new laws, many illegal votes were permitted and as a result, legal votes were diminished. This violates the Equal Protection Clause. Creating new laws while skipping the legislative process also violates the Due Process Clause of the US Constitution.

Texas requests that the states be allowed to carry out new elections, or in the absence of that, the Supreme Court should block the electors chosen by unconstitutional elections, enabling state legislatures to pick electors.
