Trump's 3 Remaining Path's To Victory: Martial Law, Executive Order and Dueling Electors

There remains 3 possible paths for President Donald Trump to prevail in this election. They are all highly unlikely to succeed, but they exist none the less. We shall discuss them from least likely to most likely to succeed.

Earlier this month, General Michael Flynn floated the idea of enacting Martial Law and doing a total revote. While that is a possible outcome, it is wildly unlikely to ever occur.

Signed by President Trump in 2018, there exists an Executive Order that gives authority to the President to invalidate the results of any election if there is proof of tampering/interference by Foreign agents or subsidiaries. More likely than martial law, but still highly suspect.

The most likely reason for optimism is that 7 States (Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania and NEW MEXICO) have sent Dueling Republican Electors for the official Electoral College Vote on January 6th. This keeps the door open for legal challenges, both outstanding and potential new lawsuits.

All of these options are long shots, but hey, they are worth understanding.
