Antrim County MI Dominion audit shows machines were set to 68% error rate. Not caused by human error

Lawyer Matthew Deperno was allowed by Judge Eisenheimer in Michigan to release the results of his audit performed Dominion Voting machines. His report shows the machines were set to a 68 percent error rate. Leading to 68 percent of ballots having to be "adjudicated". From the report " 7.
