Finger Abduction Lateral Strength Exercise For Guitar 1

Use a hair tie or rubber band to strengthen your fingers for guitar playing. Put band below your first knuckle to avoid side-loading the knuckle joint. Purpose of exercise is to get your fingers to comfortably stretch apart, and to have lateral strength and stability in your fingers for playing scales and chords.
