Eggstra Ordinary Egg Pie

Crust:
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups frozen butter
pinch of salt
9-10 Tbsp chilled water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Filling:
1 3/4 cups Evaporated milk
4 pcs eggs
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar (pls. save 1 Tbsp for the top of the pie)
