Pastry:
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup frozen butter
9-10 Tbsp chilled water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
Filling:
1 1/2 cup peach (sliced)
1 cup apple (sliced)
1 Tbsp butter (softened)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cornstarch dilute with
1 Tbsp hot water
