My Recent Heart Attack Surprised Us

We're healthy, we take good care of ourselves and do everything we can to stay in good shape so how could I possibly have a heart attack!! Talk about surprise!! This just tells me, we can all be at risk, there are no guarantees that we have another day to live.....it's all up to God!
