What does an American mom do? This is a peek into a day in the life of an American mom. An American mom morning with young kids can be hectic, but I try my best to keep a calm house. I have a very early morning routine. I like to prepare breakfast for my family and my husband plays with the kids while I pack his lunch and clean up the kitchen. Every wonder what does an American mom cook for breakfast? I mostly make fruit, toast and eggs for my kids and my husband and I like to eat bacon and eggs for breakfast. We also drink coffee in the morning. My kids drink water or milk.0
