The Texas Supreme Court Filing Against Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Georgia is explained in an easy-to-understand fashion by Cathi Chamberlain, The Deplorable Author. It is based on Equal Protection and the 14th Amendment. In other words, it argues that the votes by Texas residents were diluted by the unconstitutional election law actions by the four states' judicial and executive branches, rather than by the legislative branches where laws are supposed to be made and amended. In addition, Texas argues that the electoral votes of those states should be thrown out or their legislatures should re-designate new electors. The filing also argues that the number of votes that were unconstitutional exceeds the margins dividing the candidates and therefore the elimination of the fraudulent/unconstitutional votes would very likely change the outcome of the election. Follow along as The Deplorable Author explains which Alinsky tactic is being used in the filing of the Texas lawsuit as well as the other investigations of the fraudulent activities of these four states. It is a fascinating time to be an American. Make sure to subscribe here for future YouTube videos on this and other important updates to this historic election of 2020.
