High frequency ascension energy is here! But what is the key to decoding it? How do we ground and integrate higher frequencies beyond our 3D and 4D world when we have no frame of reference for them? Our perception comes from the experiences we have had that are stored in our brain. Without experiences, how do we perceive beyond this realm?
