Man playing dangerous game with a beast of an Alligator

Man teasing a beast of an Alligator with cut chicken on a string. He estimated its size at 8 or 9 feet long. I thought it was around 12 feet long. Either way, it is Gi-Normous, extremely fast in and out of the water and very, very aggresive towards humans.What the video doesn't show is his toddler standing immediately behind him. Alligators look lazy and slow but they are fast enough to catch a running human!
