This segment relates a dream by Jeannie Goldsten, involving Thomas Paine, a prominent writer during America’s war of independence, interacting with Dutch. The bottom line of this interaction was for Dutch to “keep the troops encouraged.” In the dream Paine is pictured throwing a football to Dutch with each being on a different mountain.

On the side of this football was written, “Triumph”—a word to be given to the church indicating it would win if it did not give up. Dutch was to put the football into the river which would then carry it to Washington, D. C. The football was carrying a “key”. And like the football itself, the key would ultimately reveal the word “Triumph” written on it.

Dutch combines all the elements of the dreams shared with him by various persons pointing out how God is going to begin spiritual renewal in Washington, D.C. and that with this process God “Is not late”. This theme, “God is not late”, plays out several ways as this segment is completed.
