High Voltage (International Version) by ACϟDC Review

9.5/10 AC/DC's 1976 international debut is certainly a contender for one of the best hard rock albums out there. With that being said there are a few minor gripes I have with the structures of a few songs.

The songs in video, "Midnight/Tornado" by Skid Row and "Take Me Away" by Killswitch Engage are fair use under U.S. copyright law because they are (1) non-commercial, (2) transformative in nature, (3) uses no more of the original work than necessary for the video's purpose, and (4) does not compete with the original work and could have no negative affect on its market
