How to make plum cake fruit mix (malayalam)

PLUM CAKE FRUIT MIXING.

INGREDIENTS Cup gram oz

Orange peel 1 200 7
Cherry 1 250 9
Black raisin 2 325 11
Golden raisin 1/2 100 3.4
Cashew nut 1 150 5
Granulated sugar. 1/2 120 4
Rum 1.1/2 330 12
Orange marmalade 1/2 180 6.2
Raspberry or strawberry jam 1/2 180 6.2
Pineapple jam 1/4 90 3.1
Cinnamon powder(ground) 1.1/2Tbs 22 .3
Cloves powder(ground) 1/2 Tbs 8 .1
Cardamom powder(ground) 1.1/2 Tbs 22 .3
Garam masala(7spice ) 1 Tbs 15 .2

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix together sugar, marmalade and jam.
2. Into the above mixture ,add in the cinnamon, cloves, garam masala, cardamom and mix well.
3. Add in the dry fruits ,nuts and mix well.
4. Mix in half portion of the rum .
5. Transfer the mixture in to a glass bowl.
6. Pour the remaining rum into the glass bowl.
7. Keep for at least 1week for up to 1 year .
