Algeria, I feel your pain

In 1982, a soccer tournament was marred with fraud after two teams rigged the game to their advantage. Algeria was screwed out of the tournament by that action; but the whole tournament was tainted and its legitimacy was called into question.
The only difference between that and the 2020 election is the stakes: one was a petty soccer championship, the other is the fate of the Beacon of Freedom.
Either way, cheating sucks!
